Project Summary
The City of Billings and Downtown Billings are restoring several one-way streets in the downtown core to their original two-way configuration through the Downtown Billings Two-Way Restoration project. This collective effort aims to provide necessary roadway maintenance while also increasing business exposure, promoting safety, and improving walkability and multi-modal connectivity.
Two-way traffic is now active throughout the project area. Remaining construction activities include final striping (mid to late August), clean-up work such as removing loose gravel, and finalizing new signage and parking meters.
